1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sachinbabi.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or altered gowns
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Yes we except exchanges for both defective and non defective products. If you need a different size or color, please return your item first and then place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@sachinbabi.shop include photos of the item and packaging.
